WELLBEING ACTIVITIES FOR OUR CHILDREN
CHRISTMAS 2025
The Christmas season is always a busy time for our children. Not only do they set up a Christmas tree in the Home but are thrilled placing their much awaited Christmas gifts under the Christmas tree presented to them by donors.
Thanks to St Luke’s Anglican Church and Church of St Louis, Kluang for hosting them with Christmas service, carols singing, food parcels, and carnival games.
Sunway Kluang Mall also treated the children to a sumptuous Christmas lunch, followed by movie time and playtime at the games arcade before ending a festive afternoon with Christmas gifts sponsored by generous donors.
CHINESE NEW YEAR 2026
The Children had a busy time during the 15 days of the year of the Horse-Chinese New Year celebration in Jan/Feb. They definitely loved the many Huat Ah! lunches and dinners hosted by the sponsors.
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS
During the school holidays in May, heading to the beach for camping at Gorek Bay, Mersing Beach was what the kids had been looking forward to because that was their first outdoor camping experience! They would never forget the fun of setting up sleeping tents and sleeping in campsite with nature, fun dipping and floating in sea water by the beach and waking up at dawn to wait and watch for sunrise!
MORE ACTIVITIES
Celebrating birthdays, going to the movie, learning and performing a Chinese cultural dance, playing indoor games at amusement arcades in the mall, and play bowling were part of their home and school holiday activities.
OUR APPRECIATION
Our heartfelt thanks to all donors in cash and kind, donors in foodstuffs and catering, and all volunteers in education and haircuts.
Your love and concern for the children have indeed given the children a conducive Home for living and learning, and opportunities to improve their wellbeing.
